Crew Member Duties and Responsibilities • Greet customers upon arrival • Inform customers of any specials or promotions running currently • Answer any questions the customers might have • Take orders with accuracy • Repeat orders to customers to ensure they are correct • Accept payment and accurately supply change, when needed • Direct complaints and concerns to Manager • Thank customers for their business, invite them to return • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized service area • Assist with dish-washing and restocking as needed during shift • Assist with breakdown and loading of equipment at end of shift • Must have ability to lift at least 40 lbs. • Always comply with all health and food safety regulations Crew Member Requirements and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required or in process • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be able to pass a basic background check (no credit check required) • Must obtain Texas Food Handlers Permit before first day of work (NC will pay associated fees and provide course details upon hire) • Some experience in the restaurant industry preferred but not required • Must have reliable transportation • Availability during evenings and on weekends • Able to learn computerized ordering system • Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish always appreciated) • Basic math skills, ability to make change • Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude • Trustworthy and reliable • Commitment to excellent customer service • Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment • Ready to HAVE SOME FUN
